Bellpulls

Elegant French tapestry bellpulls with lining, consist of a lacquered brass hanger with a narrow tapestry below it with a cotton tassel.  Bellpulls are ideal to decorate a slim space in the home such as next to a door, between windows or on a pillar. (Dimensions include the hanger and tassel.)

Bellpulls were originally ropes running from the living quarters of homes of the gentry to the kitchens via pulleys so that servants could be summoned. They became increasingly elaborate over the course of time. We can not promise that your servant will come running.
